Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of www.praesiastore.com and to every purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are Praesia is operated by a self-employed individual. Email: praesiastore@gmail.com. 

2. Orders Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment Prices include VAT where it applies. Shipping is free to supported countries. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

4. Delivery See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, tracking and customs.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations See our Return & Refund Policy. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and your legal guarantee rights remain.

6. Product information We try to show our products accurately, but colours and sizes can vary slightly between screens and batches.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Praesia or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

8. Liability We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Privacy See our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
