Order Processing Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our facility. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and handling. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Shipping Destinations & Rates We are pleased to offer global fulfillment. Transit times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Order Tracking Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking portal to update with the initial transit scans.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipped outside of the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these fees, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Unsuccessful Deliveries & Returned Packages Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred by our carrier.
